Client: Saudi Aramco, contracted through Euasia Limited (Hong Kong) and Wilbur Smith Associates (USA)
Creating a comprehensive industrial master plan for the community and public areas of Ras Tanura, taking into consideration the logistical requirements for building the largest petrochemical industrial area in the world. The intention is to provide the client with a strategy for the effective running of an giant industrial area in a safe and socially responsible manner. Additional tasks included potential regional planning initiatives, corridor studies and the land allocation of lay-down sites and temporary worker settlements.
